About 90 miles North of Manhattan on the Eastern shore of the Hudson river, the town of Poughkeepsie (Peh-kip-see) is now a home to Mudroom Backpacks. Fleet Feet - Poughkeepsie (http://www.fleetfeetpoughkeepsie.com/) now carries Mudroom Backpacks and is the most recent running specialty retailer, as part of a growing network in 18 states around the country.
Just a quick train ride on the Ethan Allen Express, Poughkeepsie is easily accessible from Penn Station in the city. Fun facts and places in the Queen City of the Hudson include; a walkway over Hudson River, the home of Vassar College and also the Dutchess Rail Trail.
The Dutchess Rail Trail is a rail trail that stretches from the former Hopewell Junction train depot, north to the Poughkeepsie entrance of the Walkway over the Hudson. It's a shared use rail trail open for pedestrians and bicyclers.
Check out Poughkeepsie this Summer and check out Mudroom Backpacks at Fleet Feet - Poughkeepsie. The Amtrak Ethan Allen/Empire Service train takes about one hour and thirty-five minutes, and costs $27-$38 bucks. While there, the experiences are priceless. #getoutthere

Welcome to the Mudroom!
Mudroom makes backpacks designed to hold a pair of shoes separately from laptops and personal items. Mudroom backpacks are innovative because footwear compartments are patent-protected with exterior and interior access for ease of travel and stowing.
Trudging through slush, rain and snow in the Winter? No problem with a Mudroom backpack. Wear those boots while shoes are securely stowed in a Mudroom backpack. After work, work-out? No problem with a Mudroom backpack. Put those court shoes inside, separately from a laptop. Dirt and moisture from shoes is separated from clothes and electronics.
Mudroom makes travel by train, plane, bus and ride-share easy and efficient. For more information, check out the collection at:
